Tex McQuilkin, MS, CSCS, and CHES is the Chief of Optimal Performance at Power Athlete, a team focused on empowering performance for the people. Since 2012, Tex has traveled the world teaching coaches how to teach people to move well and identify what is limiting their performance. After transitioning from a Texas football athlete into a dominant lacrosse athlete, he played a successful 4-year career in college, three of which as captain. He also has strength and conditioning experience with the Georgetown University Football team, Men's and Women's lacrosse, Women's Crew, an internship with the University of Texas football program, and as an apprentice under Raphael Ruiz of AXIS training systems. Tex is one of the most intelligent, experienced young minds in the industry and, with his strong personal and professional experience behind him, Tex will continue developing superior lacrosse, football, and a wide range of athletes throughout his career in strength and conditioning.
