Carlo Buzzichelli is a professional strength and conditioning coach, serving as the Director of the International Strength & Conditioning Institute, and is considered one of the best strength training experts worldwide. His athletes compete in track and field sprints, swimming, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu , and power lifting, winning national and international gold medals, broken national records, and have competed in the IAAF World Championships and Commonwealth Games. He’s held seminars and presented at sports performance confrences across the world including the Superior Institute of Physical Education and Sports of Camaguey and the Superior Institute of Physical Education and Sports of Ciego de Avila in Cuba, the University of Makati in the Philippines, the Universidade Paulista and the Olympic Center of Sao Paulo in Brazil, Altis (formally World Athletic Center)in Arizona, and the 2015 Performance Training Summit of Beijing in China. Carlo is a direct pupil of Tudor Bompa with whom he co-authored the 3rd edition of Periodization Training for Sports.
