Mike is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a Masters in Sports Biomechanics, head strength and conditioning coach for the Indy 11 professional soccer team, the president of Robertson Training Systems and the co-owner of Indianapolis Fitness and Sports Training (IFAST), which has been named one of the top 10 gyms in the US. Mike has worked with collegiate men’s and women’s volleyball, women’s soccer, football, powerlifting, track and field, swimming, and nearly every other NCAA sport imaginable. Similarly, Mike played every sport growing up, fell in love with power lifting in college and even was a coach on the 2004 US World Bench Press team, winning gold and silver medals. Now, Mike has become the go-to performance coach for every age soccer athlete, from high school transitioning into collegiate careers, prepping for the MLS combine, and for pro soccer players wanting to improve strength, speed, agility, and resilience each offseason. Mike is an incredible coach, truly understands long-term athletic development and has even served on the advisory board for the International Youth Conditioning Association.
